S.E.E.D.S

STEM Early Education at Dixie State

WHAT WE DO

SEEDS is an after-school program based at certain local elementary schools run by Dr. Jennifer Ciaccio, Associate professor of biology at DSU.

The programs run throughout the school year in six to eight week long sessions on single subjects. Past programs have included biology, physics, engineering, and chemistry. Students work in small groups each led by a college STEM major.

HOW TO JOIN

Registration forms are distributed through the host elementary schools.
The price of each session is determined by the length but is typically $120-$150. There are need-based fee-waivers available on a limited basis.
